Three (3) C220 cameras installed in my house got in offline mode.  I asked someone to turn off and on the power to the router and the cameras and to check the wifi. Everything is working but cameras are offline in my mobile. How I could fix it as I my mobile is not close to the cameras?

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the offline issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm: 
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. What's the model number of the router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
3. Is the camera displayed online status on the Tapo app when the phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?

Yea this happened on me too, while using it suddenly it become offline. After ask someone off & on the sitch, it's still n offline.

I'm away for home far so not sure what going on.
