Tapo C500 ONVIF-PTZ issue after firmware upgrade to 1.3.1
Hi all,
Recently, one of my three Tapo C500 cameras received an OTA update to firmware version 1.3.1.
Since then, the ONVIF PTZ functionality has stopped working on my NVR.
The other two cameras, which did not receive this update, are working fine on firmware version 1.1.4.
Could you please look into restoring this functionality, or let me know if a fix is on the way?
I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help!

@schrodes We do not have the firmware for the Tapo C510W, and I'm consulting the case with the relevant team. If there are any updates, I'll reply to you.
@Solla-topee many thanks, just updated my C500 camera and PTZ is working fine!

@Solla-topee Is there documentation on how to downgrade my firmware until this is addressed?
Thanks.
