I have a question. My Tapo CCTV suddenly went offline and I am out of town so there is no way for me to reset and reconnect it. If I avail of the Cloud storage today, will I still be able to view past recordings from yesterday? Also, how can I make it online again if I am far away? The wifi connection is stable because the other CCTV I have with a different brand works fine and did not disconnect. I have been having this issue with tapo.

Hi,
1. The camera's detection video clips are saved to the cloud server after you successfully subscribe to the Tapo Care service. The video clips created before this time cannot be accessed unless they have been saved to the SD card.

 

2. If you have a friend or family member who is able to touch the camera, please try to reboot the camera and check if it helps.
