First of all, the lack of customer service here is extremely disappointing. How do I email Tapo directly? 
 

I bought my camera in April. It's been fine until today. The video is frozen both live and playback. It will text motion but the video is frozen on the first frame. I've tried resetting the camera, I've updated my firmware, I've tried with different wifi on my phone, nothing. I use a micro sd card 
 

I would like a replacement or some answers.

Hi,
You can try to uninstall the Tapo app, clean caches on your phone, reinstall the Tapo app, and check if it helps.

 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
    1. The LED status on the camera.
    2. The Tapo app version is installed on your phone.
    3. Do you have a problem when watching the camera locally or remotely?
    4. Can you share a video showing the reported issue with us?
