I have 1x C110 3x C210 and 1x C211 cameras. Tp link consultant said to me the both models C210/C211 have same hardware, its just different color. My all deceives C110/C210 already got new update with new features and new optimizations over month ago (firmware 1.3.4), but C211 still nothing.
And my question is when C211 will get a new firmware update?

Usually, the new firmware release time for different camera models is not the same. We do not have the information about when a new firmware for the Tapo C211 is available, it's suggested to wait patiently for the new firmware.

@Solla-topee I am having the same issue. I have six C211 cameras, all bought at around the same time. One is stuck on firmware 1.3.11 whilst all the rest have auto-updated to 1.4.3. Rebooting doesn't help. It thinks its firmware is up to date.
Also - the cameras on 1.4.3 give me thumbnails of motion detected clips recorded on SD card. The one on 1.3.11 only shows an orange line on the timeline.
I wonder if this particular camera is faulty?
