Tapo C220 ONVIF-PTZ issue after OTA firmware upgrade
Hi all,
Recently, one of my two Tapo C220 cameras received an OTA update to firmware version 1.2.2.
Since then, the ONVIF PTZ functionality has stopped working on my ONVIF Device Manager and tinyCamPro.
The other two cameras (C520 e C200), are working fine.
Could you please look into restoring this functionality, or let me know if a fix is on the way?
I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,
You can try to press the reset button on the camera(MAC 71-64) for 10 seconds, and check if the LED on the camera will change. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure it.
If the camera still has a solid red light, turn off the camera, move it close to the router, turn it on, and wait for 10 minutes, then check if the LED will change.
Best Regards
