I am needing help setting up Offline access ONLY!
I have NO 2.4 router and when I use the app it mandatory asks for a router.
I have formatted an SD card and by accident I have accessed the camera Live but when I reset the camera to try to remove the flashing green and red lights the camera has been removed! So frustrating! How can I Properly set this up for ONLY Offline Use!??

An Internet connection is needed when configuring the camera, however, some of the features on the camera can work without the Internet connection. You can check if the following steps will help you.
1. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, set up the camera with another phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi.
2. After the camera is configured successfully, you can configure the Detection, Storage & Recording, and other features.
3. Turn off the hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, the detection and storage features on the camera will continue to work, but the features that require the internet will no longer work, and it's unable to access the camera on the Tapo app.
