Hi,
If you want to connect your camera to another Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following steps.
1. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
2. Remove the camera from the Tapo app if it's on the app.
3. When the camera has a flash red and green light, reconfigure the camera via the Tapo app and connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.
