Have c200 camera and when I set it up I mistakenly chose Wifi connection- I need to change to network connection to be able to see while away

If you want to connect the camera to another Wi-Fi network, please refer to the below steps. Currently, it's unable to change the camera's Wi-Fi network connection if you can't touch it.
1. Please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it and then wait for two minutes.
2. When the camera has a flash red and green light, you can refer to the instructions to reconfigure it: How to set up the Tapo camera
