Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

The firmware update failed last night, and now shows as OFFLINE in the app. I have unplugged the power and reconnect the camera to power but nothing changed. Light on camera is green so I don't know what to do next. I'm hoping to avoid having to reset the camera because it's high up on the outside wall so it's hard to get up there now with a lot of snow on the ground. Hope someone can help.

Hi,
1. You can try to uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, then reinstall the latest Tapo app, connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, and check if the Tapo C320WS will display online state on the Tapo app.

2. Connect the camera to the router by an ethernet cable and check if it helps.

3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message for further analysis.

Best Regards
