hello, i just bought and installed TAPO C210, but i can't find 1080p resolution option in the app settings. there are only 2K and 720p resolution options

 

i am in Indonesia, i contacted the seller and they said 1080p option is not available, but i saw on youtube videos many of the users showed they have 1080p option in their app both on android and iphone. should i install an older version of the app?

 

the app version i am currently using is 3.9.522 from android playstore, i thought that was the latest version, where can i get an older version of the app?

 

(Edit: installing older version doesn't help)

Hi,
Different Tapo Camera models may have different resolution options. If you can't find 1080P resolution on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, it should be 1080P resolution is not available for your camera. And this option has nothing to do with the app version.

Hi,
Different Tapo Camera models may have different resolution options. If you can't find 1080P resolution on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, it should be 1080P resolution is not available for your camera. And this option has nothing to do with the app version.
