Model: TC70
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi. I have this Tapo C200/TC70 camera for a while. It suddenly stopped working, no matter that the power was running and the camera was dead. I opened it up, and removed everything, put it back, wiring pushed it, etc. Plugged it in, still nothing. Tried nearly everything... The motherboard seems dead, unresponsive to anything. Any advise please?

Hi,
Typically, if the camera can't be powered on, you can try the following steps.
  1. Power on the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera from the package.
  2. Remove the SD card from the camera.
  3. Connect the power adapter to another power socket.
  4. Connect the camera to another power adapter if you have one.

If the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty. (Note: If you disassemble the camera, it may void its warranty.)

Best Regards
