1. Typically, if the Tapo camera is not connected to our cloud server, it's unable to store the detection video clips on our cloud server even if you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service.
2. If you have a problem controlling the camera remotely, it's suggested to troubleshoot refer to the instructions below.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
