You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can control your camera locally only.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1) The MAC address of your Tapo camera.
2) Your network diagram, such as ISP—wireless router ))) ((( Tapo C200.
3) The model number of your wireless router. Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
4) What's the LED status on the camera?
