Camera works fine when I am on my WiFi, but once I leave home there is no streaming and even the tapo care page does not load in the webview.

 

Tried NAT forwarding to port 554. No success.

Tried to change DNS to 8.8.8.8, no success

 

I have Deco mesh network at my home. 

 

I am very surprised that tplink does not integrate seemlessly. Will return if o don't solve it in next few days...

Hi, 
Is the Tapo camera displayed online on the Tapo app when you are in the outside network, but you can't watch its live feed remotely?
If so, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Please list the troubleshooting you did and the results.
2. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
3. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send me the RSSI value.

  @Jjjjjjjjjjjjj tested the device and initially it worked, but again stopped working on mobile network. ...
