Please guide me regarding tapo c100 camera that I am not able to connect other networks

You can refer to Part 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
3. Please reboot the router, reboot the camera, and check if the problem is solved.
4. You can try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it, and check if you can control the camera remotely.

@VWTVMy TD21 door bell will not connect with the Internet the bell says connecting but it doesn't and when I scan the codes it says there empty

What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Camera?
If the doorbell camera is configured, but you can only control it locally and fail remotely, please refer to this post for troubleshooting.
What do you mean by saying "when I scan the codes it says there empty"? Please describe the phenomenon you experience in detail so that we can better help you.
