Just bought a TC70 it connects me to the Tapo_cam  wi_fi but not my phone, tried loads of times resetting etc, 

Still doesn't work.

Hi,
If the camera has a flashing red and green light, you can refer to the following instructions to configure it. If it does not have a flashing red and green light, please press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset it, and then reconfigure it.
How to set up the Tapo camera
 

As you can see in "Step 3. Set up the camera > Point 3" in the above instructions, when configuring the camera, your phone needs to connect to the camera's default SSID(Tapo_Cam_XXXX), then go back to the Tapo app to search for your camera, and then connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi.

  1. What's the model number and hardware version of your camera?
  2. What's the LED status on the camera?
  3. Which step are you stuck on when configuring the camera? What error message appears?
