C220 need 1080p
I purchased the C220 camera, but I was surprised to find that it only offers two resolution options: 2K and 360p.
My DVR system only supports up to 1080p recording, which means I am currently forced to record at 360p — resulting in significantly reduced image quality.
Previously, I bought the C310, which supported 2K, 1080p, and 720p resolutions. I assumed the C220 would offer the same resolution options, which was a key reason I chose to purchase it. However, it turns out that the C220 only supports 2K and 360p, which is highly unreasonable and severely impacts usability.
I do not understand what technical limitations are preventing the addition of a 1080p option to the C220. I sincerely hope the company can provide a clear and reasonable explanation instead of a generic or unhelpful response.
