Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. Do you have the reported issue when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
  2. What's the Wi-Fi signal strength(RSSI value) of the camera? You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  3. What's the Tapo app version?
  4. List the troubleshooting you did and the test results.

Best Regards

I did all the things in the instructions but the problem remains.

1. Yes, while at home with same wifi, also in celullar data

2. -65 (rssi)

3. Version 3.11.105

I also install Tapo apps on other phone but theres no difference at all, the problem still there

  @Solla-topee
Hi,

I've sent Email Support that includes app logs and device logs via Tapo Apps.

Do I need to factory reset my camera?

  @Haryismiranda

Hi,
You can try to factory reset the camera, reconfigure it, and then check if it helps.

  @Haryismiranda

Hi,
I can't find your email in our system. Would you please send me(@Solla-topee) the TP-Link account(email address) you used to log in to the Tapo app via a private message?
Best Regards
