Received the message to update to firmware 1.3.2 Build 250604 Rel.55030n, tried 3x but apparently the message to update stays even after it restarted. Tried moving something to activate motion tag but still not working, not sure if the firmware was really updated since the message stays.

Hi,
On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, you can find the camera's firmware version info. In your situation, it should be the firmware is not updated successfully.
Please uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it to ensure it's up to date > reboot your router > reboot your camera > when the camera is working, try to update the firmware and check if it will successfully update.

Hi,
You can also try to connect the camera to the router by an ethernet cable, factory reset the camera, and reconfigure it to connect to another Wi-Fi(such as a phone's hotspot Wi-Fi), then check if you can update the firmware successfully.
