Firmware Version: Not rotating 360* not even working 180*

Please replace my camera as soon as possible it is not rotating 360° and not helpful for security purpose

Hi,
You can try the following steps if you can't Pan the Tapo C210 360°.


    1. Go to Device Settings > Pan & Tilt, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to its default position, then check if it can pan 360°.
    2. Manually move the camera by hand and see if you can pan it 360°. If not, check for any obstructions that may be blocking the camera's movement.
    3. You can try a factory reset on the camera and reconfigure it to check if it helps.
    4. For further assistance, you can contact our technical support.
