Tapo C520WS keeps disconnecting from wifi
Hi TP-link support ,
I am currently using a Tapo C520WS it worked well for 5 days after installation but now it randomly disconnects (mostly while viewing the live stream) and is not viewable even in local network until I reset the power manually and the video is very stuttery in the rare time it works.
The camera freezes and disconnects from the router and the status led turns yellow
But local recordings and motion tracking still works
It's highly unreliable and defeats the purpose of a security camera
Some stats :
WiFi range: -64 RSSI (router placed within 8 metres of the camera)
RTSP/Camera Account : Turned Off
Network Settings: Turned Off
Video Quality: 720p 15FPS
Router: Nokia G2425G-A (provided by airtel)
The diagnostic Logs reveals this before the disconnection

DNS failed, error_type: 1006.
I have tried setting 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 in the DNS of my router and in the camera also
I tried factory resetting the camera too and is of no use
Other devices in my home network works fine except the camera
I use only the 2.4 Ghz band for the camera and it's a single router system
I have even tried using a mobile hotspot and it has the same results
I use the original adapter
Please find a solution to this problem at the earliest or replace/return the camera if found faulty.
