No me funciona el rotamiento horizontal ni reiniciandola la he formateado e cambiado el cargador y nada funciona o funciona un rato y vuelve a quedar solo para mover verticalmente

2. Please ensure the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord that came with the camera. 

 

3. Do you mean you can't pan the camera on its Live View > Pan & Tilt page? On the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, if you tap Pan & Tilt correction, please check if you can pan the camera via the Tapo app and if the pan feature will continue to work.

 

4. Can you pan the camera manually with your hand? If not, please check for any foreign matter on the camera that causes it not to pan normally.

  @Solla-topee dura un tiempo funciona pero me toca moverla manualmente pero despues de un tiempo queda igual sin moverse horizontalmente ¿como lo puedo solucionar?
