Not able to view camera remotely.
Without issues of using C212 camera and but recenlty added one more camera and after that I'm facing issue, not able to access camera remotely and after multiple trial and still not able to access and not reconnect with tapo it show can only control locally.

If the problem persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's your Wi-Fi router's model number? Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly? Do you have internet access when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
2. What's the LED status on the camera?
3. List the troubleshooting you did and the results.
