Can’t access to camera 325 wb outside.

Hello,
I have many tapo devices (h100, leak detecor, button, switchs...) and two 325WB camera, which are working fine via android application even remotely
I purchased tapo care for 3 cameras, and I was able to add the two 325wb successfully. I can handle them remotely and view video recorded.
I had an camera c310 in a drawer, but when I connect it, I have a message telling it can be handled only localy. (i.e wifi only).
I bought another 325wb and I have the same behavior, can be handled only locally.
Since my two first 325wb and others tapo devices are available remotely, it is not a network or dns issue.
Help, what happens ?
Pierre

Hello, I found the problem.
It was due to new restriction done by my internet provider that forbid by default to any new devices to acces to internet.
Already connected devices were able to connect, that’s explain some of camera were able remotely.
I remove those rules and it works fine remotely forvall camera.
Thanks for your support, my case is fixed

Hi,
Please describe your network diagram in detail, such as internet cable -- wireless router ))(( cameras, RE, AP, etc.
What's the model number of your wireless router? Are your cameras connected to the same router's same Wi-Fi?
What's the LED status on the new Tapo C310 and C325WB?

here the network diagram:
My issue is mainly on camera, not used other items remotely.
Some camera that available for months, are no more available remotely.
Here the camera status:
C100 firmware version 1.3.16 : remotely available for many years, no more now . led red
C200 firmware version 1.3.16: remotely available for many years and still now.. led green
Two C325WB firmware version 1.3.4: remotely available for months and still now. led green
One C325WB purchased this week, firmware version 1.1.17 (no update available...): no remotely available at all . led orange
C310 firmware version .3.11: remotely available for years and no more now. led orange
There are no changes at network level.
I tried reset, wire gonnection instead of wifi, but camera not avaible remotely remain unvailable remotely.
Furthermore some camera turn disconnected/reconnected regularly (c100).
The C325WB I purchased this week has a firmware version lower (1.1.17) than other C325WB (1.3.4) and can't be upgraded

Hi,
Take the new Tapo C325WB as an example. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
If so, update the firmware in the Tapo app, factory reset it, connect it back to the RE650X's Wi-Fi, and check if it works fine.

Hi, Îve done as asked.
Firmware update worked fine, version 1.3.4 has benn installed.
When camera is connected on Re605X, remote access is not available.
But when camera is connected on Hotspot wifi of my second mobile, remote access is available.
So I guess it is a nework issue, Îve made no change at router level (no dhcp config...)
With re605x I can access remontely on some camera but not on all, that is the strange point.
And when I turn off camera remotely available, camera previously unvailable remotely remain unvavailable (reset, and then add camera on re605x wifi)
Waiting your reply.

Hi,
The RE605X is an access point that does not have DHCP settings, and the DHCP settings should be a router setting.
You can try connecting the new Tapo C325WB directly to your router's Wi-Fi, bypassing the RE605X, and then check if you can control it remotely. If not, try changing the DNS server on your router. You can also try adjusting the wireless settings, such as the wireless channel and channel width, and check if it helps.
You can connect the C325WB to the router with an Ethernet cable and check if it can be controlled remotely.
