Hi,
The Tapo C200C supports the device sharing feature, and below are the detailed instructions to share a device.
How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with my family?
 

If you fail to share your Tapo C200C, please check the LED on the camera and if you can control it remotely. The device sharing feature works only when the device is connected to our cloud server (can be controlled remotely).
