Tapo C410 Kit Battery 100% Not Charging
Tapo C410 Kit Battery 100% Not Charging
Solar panel reported as not connected, although it was. Unplugged to run down battery to test but battery is showing 100% even though camera is plugged in and detecting for 5d on high performance.
Looks like a software fault as no battery usage reported.
Firmware is up to date. Any advice or support appreciated, thanks

j'ai essayé toutes les solutions indiquées par Tp-Link et rien n'a fonctionné. Ils n'ont pas pu trouver la cause même en consultant la log.
Et pour le panneau A200, est-il compatible avec une caméra C410 ?

Hi,
The output port of the Tapo A200 is a microUSB port, and the power port of the Tapo C410 is a Type-C port; they can't connect directly.
However, if you have a microUSB to Type-C adapter(purchased separately), you can attempt to connect the Tapo A200 and C410 through this adapter.
In this situation, please ensure that you take proper waterproofing precautions to prevent water from entering the camera, which could lead to a malfunction. For detailed installation instructions, you can refer to: How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with proper Waterproof Gasket
Best Regards
