C200C wont turn on correctly
My Tapo C200C won't turn on properly.I have tried resetting it. And removing from devices. See picture below to see lights that come on with no response to anything.

You can try the following steps and check if they help.
1. Turn off the camera, remove the SD card from it, power it on with the original power adapter and cord that comes with the camera in the box.
2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
3. If the LED has no change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or the local support to check if the camera is under warranty.

What's your camera's model number and hardware version?
What's the LED status on the camera?
