Hello

 

I have 4 Tapo devices at home and all of the devices are showing as offline to me, I am in different city.

This problem is happening from yesterday, before that all the cameras were working fine.

I got the wi-fi and electricity connection checked, both are working fine.

Also the person connected with same wi-fi can see the cameras online.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the offline behavior persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the model number of your router? What's the LED status on the camera? 
  2. You can reboot your router or the Tapo camera and check if the camera will be back online. If so, on the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page, please enable the Auto Reboot feature and check if the camera works fine then.
