Hola, conecte dos camaras Tapo C100 funcionan bien en la aplicacion, graba, se ve nitido, todo bien. Pero cuando me voy de mi casa y me desconecto del Wifi al que estan conectadas no puedo verlas. intente liberar los puertos del router pero asi y todo sigue sin dejarme. Que puedo hacer?

Typically, after setting up the camera successfully in the Tapo app, you can control it both locally and remotely, without needing to open ports on the router. 

 

If the camera displays offline in the Tapo app remotely, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the camera disappears from the Tapo app remotely, please confirm that your router is working first. Then, try factory resetting the camera by pressing the reset button on it for 10 seconds, then reconfigure it and check if this helps.
