Cloud stored videos are skipping 2-4 seconds
When I watch videos stored on cloud after recording, video freezes then jumps 2-4 seconds and then continued. Currently I am in trial version of Tapo care but I don't think it's worth it if it records like this. I am attaching a sample video and it persists even after downloading. Direct uploading is not working so I am attaching the Gdrive link.

Hi,
 Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI value is less than -60 dBm, please refer to the instructions below to improve the network connection quality to see if it helps.
 How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices 
  
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
   1. When the Video Quality is set to the highest one, can you watch the camera's live feed smoothly in the Tapo app?
   2. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.

 Please confirm more detailed information about the reported phenomenon.
  1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware versions? Is it Tapo C200 V5, FW (v1.2.3)?
   2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI  value.
   3. Are the video recordings stored on our cloud server, an SD card inserted into the camera, or an SD card inserted into the connected hub H200?
   4. Is the camera's live stream displayed smoothly on the Tapo app?

 - Recordings on cloud and on H200. The issue only happens while using both cloud and H200. If i turn off cloud then there's no skipping.
