Hi,
Usually, if you are watching video recordings stored on the camera's SD card on the Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, you can select the speed in the top-right corner of the video.

If you are referring to watching other captures, could you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon so we can assist you further? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Best Regards

Hi,
I can see your message sent to support.forum@tp-link.com, but not the video. It seems your video file is too large to send.
  1) You can upload the video to your YouTube account and then send me the link to the video via a private message.
  2) If you download the video manually from the SD card in the Tapo app, you can try downloading only the important clips that show the phenomenon you're reporting, and send them to me via email.

Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

Hi, I have sent 2 YouTube links to community@TP-link. But I have not heard back. I will be sending the camera back to Amazon

 as faulty. I would still like a response, as I will repurchase if the problem can be fixed.

Hi,
I have not received the YouTube links you sent via email or private message. You can send me (@Solla-topee) the links via a private message. I'll check if there are any suggestions for the phenomenon you're experiencing.
Best Regards
