Hi,
If you mean there is no sound in the Tapo app > camera's Live View page when someone is talking in front of the camera, please check if the camera's microphone and speaker volume are set to a high level.


If there is sound, but it's muffled, please follow the instructions below for troubleshooting.

  @Solla-topee Hi, I have tried that and it's also been reset. I have 2  other cameras which are working fine but only 1 has this issue. There is no muffled sound only camera feedback

Hi,  
Could you please send us a video showing that you can only hear the feedback sound in both the live stream and the video recordings? Even when someone is talking in front of the camera?

You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
