Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't set up the camera successfully.
What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Camera?

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to its 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network?
  2. Do the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and the 5 GHz Wi-Fi have the same name and password? If so, can you try to set up a different name for the 2.4 GHz?
  3. What's the Wi-Fi channel of the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
  4. If the camera can't find your router's Wi-Fi when configuring, can it find other 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks around it?

Best Regards
