Condensation inside the doorbell making the picture foggy.

Is there any way to fix this?

It's worked fine for a little while, good picture etc. but now just condensation/fog making it unusable.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information.

  1. What are the temperature and humidity conditions in the working environment of the doorbell camera? Is there a significant temperature difference when condensation occurs?

  2. Does the condensation persist inside the lens, or does it disappear after a while?

  3. Have there been any extreme weather conditions recently? Such as heavy rain.

  4. Please wipe the lens with a dry cloth, then send us a screenshot of the camera's live view page with condensation and a high-definition picture of the front of the lens.

Best Regards
