Hiya everyone, could anyone assist me with a small issue?

I have installed one of these video doorbells at my mother-in-laws house and the push notifications don't come through to her phone (iPhone 11) although her phone gets alerts when the doorbell is pressed though.

The push notifications come through to my phone (android) and my wife's phone (iPhone 15)

I have checked all permissions etc on her phone........ I can't get my head around it!!

Could it be a compatibility issue??

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

You can refer to Part 1 > Case 2 in the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. On your mother-in-law's iPhone 11, please confirm whether the TP-Link account is the same as your phone and your wife's phone. You can go to the Tapo app > Me > View Account page to check. The TP-Link account is in email format.

 

  2. On the iPhone 11, please go to the Home tab > Bell icon > the doorbell camera's page to see if the Tapo app receives the detection notifications. 

 

  3. What kind of alerts does the iPhone 11 get when the doorbell is pressed? Can you send us a picture of the alerts?

  @Solla-topee Hiya, we tried the iPhone 11 initially (because it's the mother in laws phone and doorbell) 

The phone rang when the door bell was pressed, no activated push notifications came through.

I then signed in to her account on my Android phone and the phone rang when the doorbell was pressed and all activated push notifications came through.

After that I signed in on my wife's iPhone 15, the phone rang when the doorbell was rang and push notifications came through for all activated alerts.
