Hi,
Typically, there is no button in the Tapo app that will make the camera's status LED display solid red and turn on the infrared LED constantly. You can try the following steps for the reported phenomenon.

  1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
  2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera.
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera
  4. If the camera's LED does not change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
