Model: Tapo C420
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20250912 ref.65176

I purchased two C420 cameras on 27 February 2023 and have been very happy with them and have used them with no trouble until about 5 months ago.  Suddenly they keep loosing network connection randomly.  They spin with no image and then stop and say "tap to refresh" or "network unstable" or "network error" and are completely unusable.  I've had to remove them and re-add them to the network/hub/ap several times.  This is becoming a problem as they are no longer providing security for my home since they are down more than they are up.

I have tried the troubleshooting steps:

- I have charged the batteries to 100%

- I have checked to make sure firmware is up to date.

- I have reset/factory reset the cameras.

- I have reset/factory reset the H200 hub they connect to.

- I have restarted/reset my router.

- I have changed router channels and frequencies in case there was wireless interference.

The cameras are connected to the H200 hub and it sees them, and ALEXA can also see them, but despite that they simply refuse to connect to the wifi network when I try to view video from them.  I have 3 TC70 indoor cameras that all connect and work fine, I have a TD21 Doorbell that connects and works fine, and I have a RV 30 Max vacuum that also connects and works fine.  My other non Tapo wireless devices are all working fine- so I can only conclude there is an issue with the C420 cameras.

Please advise me on what further steps I can take to fix the cameras as right now they are nothing but expensive paper weights.  Thank you.
