C210 - Stopped working in Home Assistant after update
Hi,
My C210 seems to have updated to version 1.5.2 Build 251217 Rel.60225n. Everything was working fine in Home Assistant with the previous version. Now i cannot connect to the device anymore from Home Assistant. Is this a known bug ?

If you want to establish an RTSP/ONVIF connection with the camera but have failed, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
If your camera worked with Home Assistant in another way before, please note that Home Assistant is an open-source platform and is not officially supported by our camera. You can go to the Tapo app > Me > Third-Party Services > Third-Party Compatibility page to turn on the Third-Party Compatibility option, then check whether your camera works with Home Assistant. If not, please contact Home Assistant's support team to see whether they have any other suggestions.

Hi Tapo,
Let me please tell you both worlds worked happily together until Tapo decided to push firmware version 1.5.2 build 251217 Rel.60225n from version 1.5.1 Build 251023 Rel.49569n to my camera. So somehow even though everything worked perfectly, it's Tapo who broke it.
May I please ask you software developers to look into this and find what caused the issue in order to push a new updated software version which fixes this ?

Since Home Assistant is an open-source platform and not officially supported by our camera, we can't guarantee the camera will integrate seamlessly with it. If you have tried the tips in this post, we suggest contacting Home Assistant's support team to see whether they have any other suggestions.
