External cameras
Hi, I have 2 x C420 cameras connected to a H200 hub. All been working fine for nearly 2 years. Last week no image via the app on the phone. Reset the cameras, reset the hub, nothing, no error. Removed all devices, removed software and installed everything from scratch. Hub detects the cameras but still no image. Cameras are not in privacy mode. Just says tap to refresh. Checked all WiFi and ethernet, all good and connected. Rebooted router just in case, still no image. Any ideas? Many thanks.

For the reported phenomenon, please go to the Tapo app > H200's Device Settings > Device Info page, and then send us the hub's firmware version.
