Hi, with the latest firmware v1.4.1 for Tapo C222 seem to use hevc h265 for the 2560x1440 stream, and messing up with my ONVIF setup AGAIN, as it do not support h265.

The firmware release note make no metion about switching codes, and product description page also not updated.

Please help to revert this to h264 or have our users option to change in settings pls. This is so frustrating since last time i updated and also had this issues!! why not give us option but force to h265 instead ??!

  @Solla-topee has there been a fix to this. My D225 can not use h264 on 2K. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you are in the US, it's recommended to contact the technical support team for assistance with the following information.
  1. A brief description of the phenomenon you have experienced.
  2. The camera's MAC address. You can find it in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
