Tapo cameras image not loaded, sometime a reboot fix sometime no
I'm so tired of this cameras, is enough! I have tree camera that works fr at least 6 months.
Now the camera doesn't show image anymore, they goes in loading loading loading until fails..
I have tried everything: delete and reinstall the app (deletinh cache and memory), FW update, formart SD Card, use another phone, nothing works.
Sometime, but it's very rare, after I reboot the camera ( I can't see it but I can reboot it?) the images show for some seconds.
Other two camera are C200 HW version 5 (FW 1.3.3 Build 251119) and C200 HW version 3 (FW 1.4.5 Build 251104).
Ths signal is not perfect but it's no weak, other cameras works perfectly and with the same signal thsi camera works at the beginning.
I cannot get the logs, because I'm not live in the same house with camera (they should work as surveillance system, remeber?)
What I can do?
I bought the camera on Amazon but is too late for a refund
