I have two C400 Tapo cameras that work really well and give notification to my mobile when person is detected. On this basis I purchased 2 Tapo C410 cameras and set them up in the he same way at my office. Problem I'm having is that the office cameras do not send me notification when someone enters the camera view. One of the cameras has a SD card and records well enough. So I appreciate any help as to why these two new cameras are not sending notification?

Hi, 
If the Tapo C410 stores detection video clips to the inserted SD card when someone enters the camera view, it means the camera's detection feature is working, and you can refer to "Part 1 > Case 2" in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
 

For the other Tapo C410, please enable the Alarm feature to test if the camera will alarm when detecting events. If so, refer to the above instructions to troubleshoot. 
If not, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot when the detection feature is not working.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please go to the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell page to check if there are any detection notifications for the two Tapo C410.
