I have problem with too long time waiting to load camera image (Tapo C246D). Loading circuit last forever on the screen, and then nothing happens, yet the cameras are connected to internet!
This happened after updating to fw 1.1.3, before that I haven't this issue! This also happened to my other cameras Tapo C51A with FW 1.2.3
What is wrong here? I feel bad for buying this cameras!

What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. The new firmware version 1.1.4 has been released for the Tapo C246D; please update it in the Tapo app and check if it helps.
2. Do you have a Tapo hub for video storage, and do the Tapo C246D and C51A store video recordings on it? If so, is it the Tapo hub H200?
3. Do you load the camera's live feed when your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
4. What's your phone's model number and OS version? What's the Tapo app version? Please try a different phone if you have one.
