C210 keep showing amber light
As the title, DNS changed, wifi connected, keep reset and restart everything but amber light still on. Is there any other solution for this?

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. Does your Tapo C210 always display a solid amber light, even after a factory reset? Or does the camera's LED change after a factory reset, but display solid amber after configuration, and can't be controlled remotely?
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting your phone to your router's Wi-Fi?
3. Was the camera working properly before?
4. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera works fine.
