Tapo TC65 Camera Sound Recording
After the camera was updated to the new firmware, the sound recording became bad. It's like turn off and on.
how to revert to the previous firmware or fix this mic problem?

Troubleshooting for better audio quality of my Tapo camera
If the same phenomenon persists, we suggest emailing our technical support with the following information for assistance.
1. A description of the phenomenon you are experiencing and the troubleshooting you did.
2. The camera's firmware and hardware version. You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
3. Is the audio quality on the camera's live view page good?
4. A video showing the reported phenomenon.
