My pan and tilt cameras C530WS have been working brilliantly for over a year, then suddenly they are very slow to connect to app, tap to refresh, won't playback recordings, nothing has changed from me. 
Further improved wifi, tried static ip, format memory card, rebooted cam. Still terrible. Without fast camera to app connection it's useless. Is it the iOS compatibility? Can you fix it?

I have deleted the Tapo App and reinstalled it. This did not help at all, actually slightly worse. Very slow to connect to camera feed, won't payback any of the memory card data, which of course I have already re-formatted. 
Now it has affected C225 cam 1.2.1, 1.0 and C210 cam 1.5.2 , 2.0 they now don't load. 
could you fix it please, i sincerely admired my Tapo Cameras because they were fo quick to connect and teliable

Hi,
After our investigation, the reported phenomenon should now be resolved. Please test on your iOS device to confirm whether you can successfully view the camera's live feed and video recordings.
