Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

We have installed the Tapo camera in the workshop to: a) monitor people coming into the workshop during the day time, and b) to monitor the workshop after hours. Two different people need to monitor these different functions,

Can you please advise how to create a second Tapo account so that each person only gets the alerts they need ie admin daytime alerts (a)) and manager after hours alerts (b))?

  @Baraco_Admin

Hi,
A Tapo camera can be bound to a TP-Link ID only, it can be shared with different accounts, but the shared accounts have limited access to the camera.
How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with my family?

If the two different people need to monitor the camera with different detection settings, you can try to log in to the two different phones with the same owner account and set the Home/Away mode on the Tapo app for the camera, then change the Home/Away mode when changing the shift.
How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo & Kasa Cameras on the Tapo app?

Best Regards
