Radiator is off even KE100 says it is heating. Calibration didn't help.
I've realized a strange behavior on KE100. I saw that the heating symbol was shown on the thermostat and in the Kasa app's report page as well. But there is no hot water flowing inside the radiator. Same thing was happenned, the other way around as well. So, the thermostat and the app showed that it is off, but suddenly radiator started to heat for a while.
I ran the calibration option but that didn't help. Other smart thermostats have this periodic calibration feature, but I couldn't find this at KE100.
Has anyone experienced the same?

Try to re-done the calibration by following the steps below, let me know if it helps.
1. In the Kasa App, go to KE100's Device Settings, Sleep Mode. enable sleep mode and then select "Fully Open".
2. Unscrew KE100. And then reinstall this Kasa thermostat valve. How to Install Kasa Smart Thermostatic Radiator Valve
3. Factory reset KE100
4. Add KE100 to Kasa App.
5. Perform device calibration: Device's Settings -> Calibration.

@Wayne-TP
I did the steps as you told me for all the 5 KE100s. I am still observing the behavior, but I have the following screenshot after the calibration as an example to show that it is stil problematic. Here you see there for a long time period, it says it is heating (orange color lines and orange wave symbol). So at the last time point, it tries to heat from 19.6 degree to 20, but it wasn't letting the hot water pass since 4 hours. On the other hand, right after the calibration, in a small amount of time it increased the temperature above 20 degree and stopped.
I suspect that if the room temperature is is not below 19.5, it already won't heat up, but at software and firmware level, it shows like it is heating.
What is your opinion on this? Is there a new hardware version of KE100 since mines are v1.0 and thiking sth is wrong with them?

I had again experience the same after the calibration steps you wrote:
- At the app and on the thermostat it says it is not heating, but suddenly I heard the motor movement at the KE100 and started to heat. This is happened even the temperature was already set 2 degree below than the actual room temperature.
- Thermostats keeps showing it is heating and report views at the application shows the same but, no motor movements is happening at the thermostat and no water flow at the radiators.
I have in total KE100s at my place.

Upon checking, the heating symbol in the app appears when the current temperature lower than the target value.
According to the information in the provided image, the difference between the actual and target temperature is within one degree, which is considered in a reasonable range.
The value adjusts the temperature based on the actual conditions, but this is not done in real-time to avoid frequent opening and closing due to temperature fluctuations. It aims to maintain the temperature around the set target.

so you say that the heating symbol at the Kasa app and on the KE100's thermostat actually show when it is below than the set temperature. So we won't be knowing actuall time period when thermostat's motor change to heat or stop heating.
But I also have the following screenshot. Here you see that there are weird heating habits when you look at those fluctuating lines at the chart. Desired temp is set to 18, but there are 2 peaks where it heats. At the closes points it is 19.9 degree while it was set to 18. So the minimum difference is 1.9 degree. This doesn't seem normal. This is an example where I wrote at my previous comment as `suddenly I heard the motor movement at the KE100 and started to heat`
At the next screenshot, you see that things seems normal 1 day ago at the same thermostat. This is what I expect to see always.

The working status (opening/closing) is not displayed in the Kasa App. I can see that the information currently displayed within the app does have the potential to cause this misunderstanding. To avoid this, I will feedback to the relevant departments to optimize and modify.
The orange line and the heating icon have the same meaning, as follows.
Solid orange line and orange heating icon: Current temperature is lower than the set temperature
Orange dotted line and gray heating icon: Current temperature is higher than the set temperature
However, I do notice an abnormal phenomenon as the temperature keeps heating and fluctuating above the set temperature. To assist with this problem, a specialist would like to follow up on this case via email, please check your inbox later and confirm. They will help to perform further analysis.
