Hi 

I bought Sandisk SD cards and tried to insert them but the camera keeps on telling me that " Invalid format"/

I have formatted the SD card to FAT32 but still the same error. 

I get a troubleshooting step that Card should be formated in APP. but I do not have an option to format on the app. 

After I got " Storage and Recording" I only have  "Micro SD card  - NO SD Card but there is no option to FORMAT> 

I tried to contact Technical support but no one responded, I have written multiple emails but no response. I am at risk with no events getting recorded. Please help me.

Hi,
In your situation, it should be your microSD card is not detected by the camera, so the Tapo app>Storage & Recording>microSD card page says no SD Card, and you can't see the format button. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1) The model number and capacity of the Sandisk SD card.
2) Refer to the instructions below to identify if the SD card is fake, and send me a picture of the test result.
How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards?
3) The troubleshooting you have tried and the test result.
